Details of the Incident

On October 11, 2025 (a Saturday), around 1:00 PM, I was traveling from Vienna to Brno. During the trip, I inadvertently left my bag in the cabin. The bag contained essential documents, including my passport, national ID, and various financial instruments, along with my MacBook. It was a significant loss as the bag also held my early savings and personal belongings.

Shortly after noticing the bag was missing, I immediately reported the incident within five minutes of the bus departing the station. FlixBus staff attempted to contact the driver but were unable to reach him. I also filed a lost and found report via the FlixBus website and contacted their help centers in both Brno and Prague later that day.

Attempts to Locate the Bag

Following these reports, I traced the bus’s route and discovered that it was still at the Brno station around midnight. I tried to speak with the driver to inquire about the bag, but he claimed not to have found anything. I also approached the police for assistance; however, they advised me to wait until Monday for further action.

In addition, I attempted to use the “Find My” feature to locate my MacBook, but it was offline, likely due to being powered off or out of network coverage.

Current Situation and Concerns
