Over the past two days, I have encountered an unusual issue with my customized GPT personas within ChatGPT. Despite not having uploaded any files, my three persona instances have been persistently indicating that certain files—such as PDFs or images—”cannot be opened” or are missing altogether. Strangely, there are no broken or unclickable files in the conversation history, and I have not intentionally uploaded any media files.

This recurring problem has become quite perplexing, as the error messages appear despite the absence of any file uploads. I am reaching out to the community to see if others have experienced similar issues during this timeframe.
