When OpenAI launched its Custom GPTs feature in 2024, I saw an opportunity. I wondered: could I train an AI model on UK parking regulations to assist individuals in writing effective appeal letters automatically?

With that idea in mind, I developed Resolvo—a free, user-friendly tool designed to streamline the parking fine appeal process. Users upload their parking ticket information, and Resolvo generates a tailored appeal letter that adheres to relevant regulations and best practices. The goal was not to make money but to harness AI’s potential to help others facing similar challenges.

Since launching, Resolvo has seen organic growth primarily through word-of-mouth and online traffic. To date, nearly 10,000 users have utilized the tool to draft their appeals.
