- Departure: May 10 from Nice (Villefranche) heading towards San Gimignano, Tuscany.
- Next Stops: Pitigliano, Monte Argentario, the Amalfi Coast.
- Return/Departure: Flying out of Naples at the end of our trip.
With this route in mind, we’re weighing the merits and drawbacks of taking the train followed by a rental car versus driving directly from Nice to Tuscany.
