Utrecht University Seeks Input from Non-Technical Users of AI Automation Tools
Are you a non-technical individual who has experimented with AI automation tools? Utrecht University is conducting research to understand how users without formal programming backgrounds experience and interact with these innovative technologies.
Understanding AI Automation for Everyday Users
While many are familiar with AI tools like ChatGPT for generating responses, there’s a growing trend of using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Relay, and Lindy. These tools enable users to visually design workflows or describe desired automations, with AI assisting in building or executing these processes—making automation more accessible to those without coding expertise.
